Judging Patients

Anyone else have trouble not scrutinizing a patient's hairline when he picks up Propecia? How about checking the size of the ass on that girl picking up Phentermine? She is usually smaller than me...maybe because she is taking weight loss drugs.

  1. Your stories are worth that wait. Keep up with the writing and dont let the customers push you to hang yourself in the stockrrom.

  2. Now that it's summer I do find myself looking at a lot of massive cleavage, especially when they bend over to sign for the prescription. I'm not trying to, but it's mighty hard to miss.

  3. How about weight on females on contraceptives? Increased weight means decreased effectiveness on a lot of them. Sometimes, I swear, it must be futile effort.....

  4. I admit that I do the same thing Pharmgirl. My worst offense I am afraid occured when I worked full time at a pharmacy that was really close to a plastic surgeon's office. Every time we saw someone drop off a prescription from that doctor's office we played the game called "guess what that patient is having done" which turned ugly really quick when everyone shared their guesses. And there was always one technician who inevitably answered "breast enlargement" for EVERY patient that came in the door. It was funny too because although many of this doctor's patients were female once a guy dropped off a prescription from that office and I turned immediated to that same technician and asked him "you still think this one is going in for a breast enlargement?" LOL. We can be cruel sometimes at the pharmacy! By the way, great blog. I enjoy reading it!
